For artists: To be able to sell your artwork through our website, you must register with us. When registering with us, you will be provided with an account to assist you when selling your art through our platform. In addition to the non-personal information described above under “Unregistered Users”, we will collect personal information including your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, short description of your work and password [as well as any other personal data collected].
If you choose to register with us, you will be provided with an account to assist you when buying art through our platform. You may also benefit from future added features of our website. We will only use your personal information to fulfil your requests for information, your offer to sell your art or your order (as applicable) and to manage your account with us.

Following the revision of the EU E-privacy Directive and the new legal requirements on cookies, we are closely following the Information Commissioner’s Office guidance and ensure we are in line with it.

14. Transfer of data abroad
If you are visiting this website from a country other than the country in which our servers are located (currently United Kingdom), the various communications will necessarily result in the transfer of information across international boundaries.
You must be 15 (fifteen ) or over to register for Armenia Art or, if you are under the age of 15, you must ask your parent or guardian to register on your behalf especially as there may be content that is inappropriate for children. We do not knowingly collect any person information from anyone who is under the age of 15 or allow them to register as a user of the Site without their parent or guardian’s express permission. If we become, or are made aware that we have collected personal information from such a person then we will we delete this information including their registered user account
